Center on your hips with the back panel centered on your back. Once in place, fasten the closure on the support base with the elastic side straps loose. Next tighten and close the elastic side straps at the desired compression. The support should fit snug, but not too tight. CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Fasten all closures.
